Boil the potatoes for 10 mins
2 Russet Potatoes
Fry the onion, carrots for 5-10 mins
1 Yellow Onion, 4 Carrots
Add the Beef, fry till brown.
2.275 lbs Ground Beef (15/20)
Add stock, Worcester, Garlic, Black Pepper and Peas.
3 tbsp Beef Stock, 3 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Black Pepper, 340 grams Frozen Peas
Simmer for 20 minutes until thick
Bake Blind pie crust with foil and pie weight beans for 20 minutes at 400F
6 Pie Crusts
Add filling and top crust.
Baste the crust in a beaten egg.

Cook for 25-30 mins.
